Honey Bees- Ages 18 months to 3 years

The Honey Bee program is full of fun exploration, designed to enhance the parent/child bond while training the mind and body!
With steady encouragement from a parent and the watchful eyes of qualified instructors, the girls and boys are led through a variety of activities on gymnastic equipment. Fun, upbeat gym adventures, are designed to introduce little ones to exercise, music and obstacle courses. A tremendous parent/child interaction class! Children explore multiple stations, discovering their abilities on low beams, mini bars, tunnels, rebound surfaces, while enjoying musical events, and other fun-inspiring activities. The social skills learned while interacting with other children are invaluable to overall personality development.
Bumble Bees- Ages 3-4 years

Rolling, Jumping, Swinging, Dancing, while laughing and learning large and fine motor skill development activities. Children learn through a wide variety of stations, with the focus on developing coordination, agility, muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Learning about class structure in a fun environment while discovering the bodies ability to move in many different ways, turns into 45 minutes of Bumble Bee FUN!! Ages 4 - 5 years
Tumble Bees- Ages 4-5
Mon. 12:30 pm | Tue. 11 am, 12:15 pm | Wed. 11 am, 1 pm, 6:15 pm | Thu. 12:15 am- Sat 10:15 a.m.
Develop fundamental gym skills on all events in a fun format. At this level, handstand, cartwheel, backward rolls, bridges, different kinds of jumps and solid landings are all part of the tumbling work. Bar skills such as pullovers, forward rolls and front supports will aid in strength and agility. More self confidence and understanding of class structure develop.
Kindergarten Gymnastics- Ages 5-6
Friday 10 am and 11:15
Basic gymnastics instruction including rolling, jumping, flexibility, strength, tumbling, beam walking, bar swinging, energy burning FUN for kindergarten students. Classes are 60 minutes of action.
Level 1,2,3,4 FUN, Educational, Recreational Classes for school age kids
In Levels 1 through 4, qualified coaches introduce gymnastic skills in a positive, progressive manner which leads to self confidence and mastery of the basics.Individual skill charts are included and monitored during the eight weeks session. Major emphasis is placed on the introduction and mastery of swinging, jumping, strengthening, stretching, balancing, eye-hand relationships and coordination development.
Each level advancement is designed to offer additional skill and physical challenges to our students.
Level 1 Classes Ages 5 - 13
Mon. 4 pm, 5 pm, (6 pm ages 9 years and Up) | Tue. 4 pm, 5 pm | Wed. 4 pm, 5 pm | Thu. 4 pm, 6 pm- Sat-11:15
Serves as the starting phase of gymnastics training for most students. Focused instruction on rolling, turning, jumping, swinging, stretching and strengthening during the initial 8 weeks. This class will create a FUN and solid foundation for further training in every sport. Overall body development is designed to be fun and challenging for the new gymnast.
Level 2 Classes Ages 6 and up Mon. 5 pm | Tue. 6 pm | Wed. 5 pm| Thurs. 5 pm
Continued development of basic skills with more intermediate fundamental skill, added strength and flexibility training.
Level 3- Ages 6 and up Tue. & Thu. 4:45-6:15 pm - 90 minute classes
Provides gymnasts with greater skill learning opportunities on each of the Olympic events including Handstand work, introduction of limbers, support work on Bars, leaps and jumps on Beam and more self confidence enhancement. Attention to detail is reinforced with additional dance training added to the curriculum.
Level 4-ages 6 and up Tues and Thurs 6 pm -120 minute class
Providing youngsters the chance to gain more self confidence working with front and back walkovers, combinations of skills on Bars, and Beam while starting on the Handspring Vault. More advanced level strength and flexibility become advantageous as the gymnasts seeks more difficult skills.
Tumbling Fundamentals and Flexibility Training- Sept. thru June Hours Thurs 7:30-8:30 ages 13 and Up
Classes are designed for beginning through advanced students ages 13 and up. A great way to have fun with your friends or meet new ones. This program works well for aspiring cheerleaders, or cheerleaders who want to improve their flexibility, strength or tumbling skills. Historically, this class has met the needs of students desiring additional strength, coordination, flexibility and tumbling development.
TOP"s (Talent Opportunity Program)'s Team : Ages 6 - 10 years
Gymnasts are chosen from our recreational and team programs to become a part of the NASA TOP's team. This team competes in 3 to 4 events in May, June and July, with the goal of qualifying to the National Competition in early October. The training focus of this team is strength and flexibility with emphasis on perfect basics. Selection to this team is made by the Senior Team Coaching Staff.
USA Gymnastics Competitive Team Training: By Invitation and selection through Tryouts
Age 6 - 14 years- Level 4
The entry level of competition for gymnasts with our program. Gymnasts participate in a scheduled tryout and demonstrate mastery of 80% of the skills at the tryout in order to be selected to the team.
Age 7-14 years- Level 5
The second level of competition for gymnasts with our program. These athletes perform required routines designed by USA Gymnastics and they compete geographically from North Seattle to Olympia. Several special trips are planned each year.
Age 7-14- Level 6
The third level of USA Gymnastics Compulsory Competition. Has slightly more difficult skill requirements then level 5 and includes a season culminating State Championship in December and May.
Optional level gymnastics Level 7, 8,9,10 includes gymnasts Ages 8 - 18 years
Gymnasts competing at this level have mastered high quality basics, possess superior strength and flexibility and maintain Elite expression and composure throughout their routines. These levels of training and competition provide athletes with the opportunities to perform high level skills in good quality venues where their self confidence and competitive edge can be developed to the highest degree.
Level 9 & 10 gymnasts have the chance to qualify to the USAG National Championships and can become eligible for College Athletic Scholarships.

Birthday Parties for ages up to 18. Ninety Minute Party includes 60 minutes of structured gymnastics. 30 minutes in our party area with gifts, cake, ice cream party favors, set up and clean up provided by the parents of the Birthday boy or girl.
