COME JOIN THE FUN and Give YOUR KIDS THE CHANCE TO EXCEL
The North American Sports Academy opened in June of 1981, and to this day, the staff continues to provide "Quality Coaching with a SMILE". The sports academy, is also known as NASA Gymnastics throughout the Pacific Northwest and western Canada.
The #1 reason young people become involved with gymnastics is? Gymnastics is FUN!!
Gymnastics is also the foundation for virtually every sport. Gymnasts at NASA Gymnastics rapidly develop coordination, body awareness, physical strength and flexible muscles while learning how to accomplish goals in a step by step process. These mental and physical aspects make gymnastics continue to be one of the most popular sports in the world.
Developing flexibility and strength throughout the entire body, enables one to excel in their favorite sport. Through gymnastics training, strength gains are made naturally while learning basic skills. Coordination and ease of movement are developed through the fundamentals of gymnastics.
NASA Gymnastics provides expert coaches who specialize in Tumbling, Bars, Trampoline, Balance Beam, Choreography, Flexibility and Strength development for all sports, Springboard Diving, Speed and Jump training for Track competitors and Basketball players.
NASA Gymnastics has the type of training needed, to achieve goals. Whether you desire private classes, group classes, or team training, coaches at the North American Sports Academy will strive to exceed your expectations, while "Teaching values to succeed in LIFE"!

Congratulations to the US Women's Gymnastics Team for winning the Team Gold medal for the first time since 1996. Great job by Gabby Douglas (center) who took gold in the All Around. Special congrats to Mikayla Maroney for her Silver medal winning amazing Vault and to Ally Raisman who won the Gold medal on Floor and Bronze medal on Beam. Great performances by the entire team. We are proud of your efforts in training and your outstanding routines during the 30th Anniversary 2012 London Olympic Games. We can still hear the echos- USA, USA, USA, Gooooooo USA! You did it!
On Sep 23, 2012 The US Men's and Women's Olympic teams performed at the Key Arena in Seattle and Forty Five NASA Gymnasts, Parents and Friends watched the amazing show put on by USA Gymnastics. The aerial displays on ropes, fantastic tumbling, incredible strength displays by the men's team, and impossible trampoline performances, matched the Olympic Floor routines of Olympic All Around Champion Gabby Douglas and Ali Raisman. 2008 Olympic All Around Champion Nastia Lyukin provided elegance, versatility and unmatched flexibility during her Balance Beam, Floor, and solo flight routines.
Everyone had fun and the chance to see our Olympians up close, and admire their abilities in person, will remain a special memory for all who attended. Thank you USA Gymnasts!
